The issue seemed to be related to a conflict with the ProductsPropertiesFilter app installed on the website. Initially, the user was unaware of the need to manually check for updates to their apps.

Version Check: The support team inquired about the version of the ProductsPropertiesFilter app in use. The user reported using version 1.0.2.56892.
Initial Troubleshooting: After disabling the app, the error disappeared. The user then updated the app to version 1.0.4.58415, but the error persisted when the app was re-enabled.
Solution Provided: The support team suggested replacing the file lib/common/extensions/ProductPropertiesFilters/ProductPropertiesFilters.php with an updated version. The replacement file was provided via a secure download link.

After the user replaced the indicated file, the error no longer appeared, and the issue was successfully resolved.
