Managing Purchase Report

Accessing the Purchase Report Module:

Begin by navigating to the admin area of your website. Move to the App Shop and Store tabs to locate and install the Purchase Report module version 1.0.0.

A quick search ensures a swift and hassle-free installation process, setting the stage for comprehensive reporting.

Navigating the Purchase Report Interface:

Once installed, explore the Reports and Purchase Report tabs to unlock the capabilities of the module. Dive into the Customer Purchase Report page within the Filter section, allowing you to customize your report information based on various criteria:

• Sales Channels: Check the boxes next to the required sales channels.
• Customers: Utilize customer details, such as name, email address, and search options for repeat, new, or all customers.
• Product: Filter reports based on product details, including name, model, and manufacturer.
• Shipping: Specify shipping details like address, suburb, country, city, state, and postcode.

Selecting Date Ranges for Reports:

Effortlessly choose months and date ranges using the drop-down calendar or predefined options like 1 month, 3 months, etc., ensuring a flexible and targeted analysis of your purchase data.

Tracking Sales Volumes with Charts:

Explore the Charts section to visualize sales volumes. Create charts displaying total orders count, total orders amount, and average order amount, providing a comprehensive overview of your business performance.

Comprehensive Table View:

After the Charts section, delve into a detailed table featuring columns for customer information, shipping details, customer type (repeat, new, or all), total orders count, total orders amount, and average order amount. Easily sort information using the up and down triangle icons in each column, facilitating a tailored analysis of your purchase reports.

Exporting Data for Further Analysis:

Need to share or analyze your customer purchase reports externally? Click on the Export button to effortlessly export your data to a CSV file, promoting collaboration and in-depth external analysis.

Adjusting Display Settings:

For convenient management of a large number of records, customize the display of record quantity per page. Select your preferred number from the drop-down list, ensuring a seamless and tailored experience as you navigate through your purchase reports.
