Customer Request: When a product is out of stock, customers can easily express their interest by clicking on the "Notify Me When in Stock" button associated with the desired item. A simple pop-up window prompts them to provide their name and email address. Once submitted, they eagerly await the product's return to the shelves. |

Email Notification Customization: Upon restocking the product, the customer automatically receives a tailored email notification. As an administrator, you have the flexibility to customize this email. Navigate to the "Design and CMS" section, then click on "E-mail templates." Locate the corresponding template and click "Edit." Here, you can refine the email's title and content for the required front end, select format and language, ensuring a personalized touch that resonates with your brand identity. And don’t forget to choose an appropriate type and design template for your notification. |
